Guyzz..we got a new unlocking trick for new idea netsetter E-1732 (7.2 Mbps). it seems somewhat difficult but its working 100%...follow each step carefully.
NB : Please do this at your own risk. We are not responsible if you do something incorrectly and end up getting error. Please follow each step carefully.
Note : The only drawback is your modem's model will be downgrade to E-173.
Tools Needed:
1. Idea Net Setter
[ie., Huawei usb modem(E-1732)]
2. CDMA Workshop : Download from here
3. Downgrader Firmware : Download from here

Steps To Follow:
1. Open CDMA Workshop
2. At com settings select your modems com port
3. Click on “connect” and then “read” button
4. From memory tab click “Read” button on NV items
5. Change last NV item value to 9999
6. Save it as any name (eg: 1732nv)
7. After successful saving minimize cdma workshop and open the e1732 downgrader firmware
8. Install the downgrader firmware, it shows operation failed message. never mind it. and proceed
the steps.
9. After that, maximize the cdma workshop from taskbar
10. Click on “disconnect”
11. After installing of all new drivers , again click on “connect” and “read” on cdma workshop
12. On memory tab click NV items “write”
13. Click ok
14. Open the saved file in Step.6
15. After successful writing disconnect the com port
16. Close cdma workshop
17. Select the commandbox no
18. That’s it…your modem is now unlocked….enjoy..!!!
